This library contains more than 500 recordings in 5.1 Surround Sound, collected on 14 DVDs - that’s more than 61 gigabytes of sound in high quality 24 bit 48 kHz format.
The collection also offers a full set of MP3 audition files, plus a full complement of documentation provided in a variety of different data formats, including Adobe Acrobat™ PDF, MS Excel™ and a FileMaker Pro™ search database. And, all of these files are fully compatible with Soundminer and other asset management software that reads metadata.

The Civilisation Soundscapes Database is a FileMaker database. To use the database, you need to have a valid version of FileMaker (version 7 or higher) installed on your computer.
Also included on this documentary DVD is a track listing in both PDF and Excel format.
